1, The structure and the nature of the materials that to be dried by the sludge dryer machine. If the nature is different, the combination way with the moisture will be different. Under the same drying conditions, the drying rate is not the same. Slag is easier to be dried than the clay. As for the clay, the ones with large viscosity are more difficult to be dried than the ones with small viscosity.
2, The particle size of the feeding and the degree of uniformity of the feeding. In the case of a certain drying rate, the greater the contact area of the material with hot air, the smaller the material particle size, the better the total drying effect will be. If the internal diffusion resistance is smaller, it will help to improve the drying rate. The materials with large particle size are in the contrary situation. It is easy to form a gas layer to prevent the heat transfer and mass transfer of the inner layer. Therefore, when drying the material, the material should be conducted the crushing processing. The moderate amount of feeding is the premise of the flow-equalizing of materials. On the one hand, it can guarantee the stability of the heat load and thermal system of the dryer equipment to make the moisture of the dried material even. On the other hand, it can make it easy to control the exhaust.
3, The flow rate of the hot air. From the heat and mass transfer theory, the increase of the flow rate of the drying air will directly improve the heat transfer coefficient and the mass transfer coefficient and the drying rate will increase and the hot air can be also replaced in a timely manner, which is conducive to the outer-diffusion process.
