The Effect of Spiral Chute in Mining Production Line

Taking Hongxing machine spiral chute separator as an example, the helical groove which is composed by the helical segments is the main member. The spiral chute separator is composed by ore divider, feed chute, spiral groove, interception slot, ore bucket and slot bracket six parts. The end of the spiral groove is equipped with a valve block type products interception slot, which divides the ore current into several products according to grade. It changes the interception width of each product by adjusting the position of the valve block. Then ore bucket is a concentric annular cylinder, separately collecting and driving intercepted stranded ore flow.

There is a wear-resistant layer in the grading side, which makes it durable. The first end of the slot is equipped with the multi-tube leveling splitter with even grading and simple control. The pulp is evenly and slowly fed to spiral groove surface.
