High Speed Development of Jaw Crusher


     The jaw crusher is mainly used in many industries such as mining, metallurgy, building materials, highway, water conservancy and chemical industry to crush a variety of materials with breaking strength of not more than 320 Mpa. Jaw crusher has a high crushing ratio, uniform particle size, and no dead zone, which increases the feeding capacity and output. It is the first choice for the crusher equipment because of its simple structure, reliable operation, and low noise. The crushing machine is mainly driven by the motor belt and pulley. The mobile jaw moves up and down by the eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw rises, the angle between toggle plate and moving jaw becomes larger, thus promoting the moving jaw plate close to the fixed jaw plate. 
     Its material is crushed or split pieces. When the movable jaw goes down, the obliquity between the toggle plate and moving jaw angle becomes smaller. The movable jaw plate trolley, under the action of the spring, leaves the fixed jaw plate, and at this time, the crushed materials have been discharged from the crushing port.  Now in foreign countries in the field of crushing and milling equipment there are three development objectives. Firstly, they adopt a new design concept, break the conventional design ideas, innovate the technology, and produce larger crusher that can implement online real-time monitoring. They think that it is very important to compete with emerging economies. Secondly, they increase automation and reduce the dependence on human. Finally, they reduce energy consumption and improve crushing efficiency. The single toggle jaw crusher performance mainly depends on motion state of points in the surface of moving jaw plate, such as velocity, acceleration and track, etc. And these characteristics depend on position of points in the design region. Track performance values change with parameters of crank rocker organization. Body size includes the length of bars, relative location of the rack and is the key to determine advantages and disadvantages of machine performance.   Since the 1980s, the research and development of the jaw crusher in China have got great achievements. On the basis of fully absorbing the features of foreign products, and according to our national conditions, we develop a lot of advanced and efficient equipments. By lowering the hanging height of movable jaw and improving the crushing ratio, the horizontal stroke of the movable jaw and the production capacity are increased. The mechanical performance is improved greatly.
